John Rydell President
John Rydell is the president and co-founder of Networx Online. Networx Online creates custom internet marketing solutions for network marketers to help distributors achieve massive success. Networx Online has developed dozens of systems and currently serves more than 65,000 customers.
Before founding Networx Online, John Rydell was the Chief Operating Officer for a large financial planning and investment company. John began his career as a technology consultant with Accenture and has a computer science engineering degree from the University of California, Los Angeles.
Paul Rydell Chief Technical Officer
Paul Rydell is the co-founder and chief technology officer for Networx Online. Before beginning Networx Online, Paul worked as a principal consultant for internet systems integrator Inventa Corporation. With Inventa, Paul completed a variety of projects for top-tier internet companies including Overture, ePolicy, Level 3, Portera, and Sun Microsystems.

David Roth
After graduating with a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, David spent the next 9 years working in Corporate America with a Fortune 100 Company - and achieved the distinction of becoming the youngest Director in the company.
David brings a wide range of experience from various disciplines including network marketing, internet marketing, advertising, market research, contract negotiations, master trainer, systems development and much more!
For the past 7 years, his primary focus has been working with top leaders and companies throughout the Industry and assisting them with developing, designing and implementing custom marketing applications and solutions.
Rachel Homer
Rachel Homer graduated magna cum laude from Georgetown University with a degree in Computer Science. After graduation, Rachel worked as a Communications and Technology analyst with Accenture, the nation’s largest consulting firm, where she designed and built technical systems for international, multi-billion dollar corporations in the Telecommunications and Media Industries.
Rachel left Accenture to perform a year of service as an AmeriCorps VISTA, where she spent a year providing technology consulting to an impoverished Native American reservation.
Rachel is responsible for software design and development, as well as managing software technical support.
Kevin Reeves
After receiving his degree from the University of Arizona, Kevin went on to guide the growth and development of numerous startup companies. Ultimately, that lead him to start Solera Technologies, where as co-founder and Vice President he lead the company through several successful product releases and managed many projects with a Fortune 500 company.
Kevin brings over a decade of software development and project management experience. He has built many powerful, user-friendly applications along with large, robust, scalable systems which have supported millions of concurrent users. He enjoys using his expertise to help Networx Online expand on their world class technologies.
Ken Outly
Ken graduated from the University of Pittsburgh with an M.I.S. degree. He spent the majority of his career in telecommunications working for AT&T, Sprint and AT&T Wireless in various account management and sales management roles.
Ken’s vast work experience as an account manager working with Fortune 100 companies provided the perfect gateway to assist Networx Online. Ken is responsible for the complete coordination to build a custom Online Marketing System between our clients and the Networx Online support staff. He works with our clients from the initial system build and ultimately through the launch of the new system. He also provides continued support for the systems we build.
Michele Lynch
Michele provides legal counsel to Networx Online. Michele has over 15 years experience in providing advice and litigation expertise to corporations, with a particular emphasis in business and employment matters. She began her legal career in 1993 as an associate at O’Melveny & Myers, moving in 1996 to Ross, Dixon and Bell, LLP, where she became a partner in 2002. Michele left Ross, Dixon & Bell, LLP, in 2004, when she began her own law firm.
Michele is a member in good standing of the California State Bar. She received her law degree magna cum laude from the University of California, Hastings College of the Law, and her Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of California, Los Angeles.

Torosian & Walter LLP was formed because we saw an opportunity to serve individuals and businesses that needed quality advice and were willing to pay a reasonable fee - individuals and businesses that desired personalized and timely services. We also saw the opportunity to provide an environment where creative, people-oriented professionals could practice accounting without the bureaucracy of a large firm or the individualistic approach of so many small firms.
